This tool provides a way for health departments to track their inventory of SNS.The Rhode Island Receipt Store Stage (RSS) Inventory Management System (IMS) is a Microsoft Access 2000 file that uses Visual Basic for Applications for greater functionality.The IMS can: Import the inventory of the SNS 12 hour push package provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Allow entry of Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI), or other medications or supplies through form-based data entry Manage Point of Dispensing (POD) sites to receive shipments of supplies Manage transactions, and supplies. Produce pick-lists, and reports on inventory, allocations, and transactions.
