This 2004 report from the Association of State and Territorial Health Officials (ASTHO) was generated from the study of 8 states that conducted or were planning to exercise the SNS. The report gives an overview of SNS, discusses lessons learned and provides planning and exercising tools; primarily from the state perspective on request, receipt, RSS, repackaging, distribution and dispensing, but with implications for locals.
