Spontaneous unaffiliated volunteers (SUVs) will be identified and deployed through a Volunteer Reception Center (VRC). The VRC will match interested individuals to identified volunteer needs. The match will be based on skill and availability of the person, and the requirements of the role being filled. Individuals matched with the Rappahannock Medical Reserve Corps will be asked to register with the RMRC prior to being deployed to assist in response. Table 6 and Figure 2 outline the SUV management process.
