This document provides a comprehensive workforce development plan for SCR EP Program. It addresses both the workforce design within our agency as well as identifying gaps and improvements that are current and flexible to the needs of our agency. It is a fluid document that evolves as needed. This allows a plan that can meet the many challenges that SCR Public Health professionals face every day to assure that, at any given time, there is an advanced level of competency and confidence between staff and management.
