Two sets of Youtube videos were produced by Johnson County to assist with the accessing and processing of Dispense Assist vouchers during a public health emergency. One set are instructional videos to provide additional guidance to the public on how to correctly fill out the Dispense Assist online medication screening tool during an actual bioterrorism event. The other set are instructional videos for pharmacists, healthcare providers, and other medication dispensers at Points of Dispensing (PODs) on how to interpret Dispense Assist vouchers. Each set of videos contains an English and a Spanish version of the video and all videos are 7-8 minutes in length. These videos may be used for both training and response purposes and have been adapted to be general enough for use outside of the Seattle & King county jurisdiction.
