The EP&R training plan details the courses that are required by all Lord Fairfax Health District (LFHD) employees to effectively leverage a response to any public health emergency. All LFHD employees have an emergency response role identified in their EWP (Employee Work Profile). This program includes training opportunities that are not specifically required but may be assigned by the EP&R team, District Management, or supervisors based on roles in an emergency. Employees may also wish to pursue a certain course of study on their own, with supervisor approval.
