Project Overview: The Lincoln-Lancaster County Health Department (LLCHD) is located in the southeast corner of Nebraska and serves approximately 275,000 individuals in an urban and rural setting. LLCHD developed a database as part of a quality improvement project that connects the Operational Definition indicators and illustrative evidence to the department's existing databases and hard copy files. As a result, the department will proceed with pursuing national accreditation.
