Project Overview: The Morris Regional Public Health Partnership, Inc. consists of the Denville Township, Randolph Township, and Rockaway Township Health Departments, which are three municipal health departments in Northern New Jersey serving a combined population of 64,000. The partnership created a formal Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), which specified that the three health departments would participate in a collaborative planning process to implement improvements to health education programs.
