LHD Budget Cuts and Job Losses

NACCHO just released a full report on its most recent Job Losses and Program Cuts survey. Fifty-seven percent of all LHDs reduced or eliminated services in at least one program area in 2011, a larger percentage than in any 12-month period since the recession began.
