NACCHO's surveys of local public health infrastructure are the key source of information to characterize local health departments (LHDs) at the national level. NACCHO's series of Profile of Local Public Health Agencies (Profile) surveys collect information on a range of public health infrastructure topics from every LHD in the United States.
