ASPR released The HPP Continuation Guidance for Budget Period 2 on May 16, 2025. The Continuation Guidance includes updated activity deadlines related to cybersecurity and extended downtime, updated requirements related to health care coalition membership, and the roles and responsibilities of the Health Care Coalition Response and Readiness Coordinator. The Continuation Guidance also includes clarifications related to rural readiness, Annual Federal Financial Reports SF-425, and annual program reports as well as general submission guidance for the Continuation Application, which must be submitted in GrantSolutions by 11:59 PM ET on June 9.
