New Video Explains What Communities Can Expect with Lead Service Line Replacement

May 01, 2025

About Lead Service Line Replacement Collaborative
NACCHO is a member of the LSL Replacement Collaborative, a group of public health, water utility, environmental, labor, consumer, and housing organizations from across the country working together to encourage communities to accelerate the full replacement of lead service lines through collaborative efforts at the local level. Learn more at lslr-collaborative.org.

The Collaborative’s new video, What to Expect: Replacing Your Lead Service Line, is now out! The video explains what happens before, during, and after LSL replacement, and is meant to help make the process clear to local community members and make it less daunting to residents hesitant about engaging in this program.
