Medical Reserve Corps Highlighted in Spring 2025 Issue of NACCHO Exchange

NACCHO Exchange, the quarterly print journal produced by NACCHO that reaches U.S. local health departments, highlighted the work of the Medical Reserve Corps (MRC) in its spring 2025 issue. It includes articles featuring MRC units responding to emergencies and fostering community resilience. It also shares best practices around unit operations.

  • Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands MRC (CNMI): Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands Medical Reserve Corps: Rebuilding Strength and Resilience in the Pacific
  • Contra Costa County MRC (CA): Exercises and Trainings with Community Partners Help Contra Costa Medical Reserve Corps Strengthen Local Response Capabilities
  • Maui County Health Volunteers (HI) and American Samoa MRC (AS): Supporting Preparedness Among Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander Communities
  • Medical Reserve Corps of Illinois (IL): Improving Brand Recognition, Increasing Recruitment
