NACCHO invites you to apply for our Adaptive Leadership eLearning Series. This is an interactive course designed for local public health officials who are hoping to strengthen their leadership abilities and drive meaningful change in their communities.
Whether you are facing workforce challenges, stakeholder resistance, or organizational change, the Adaptive Leadership eLearning series will help you to build the skills to lead adaptively and equip you to navigate uncertainty, engage your team, and create a lasting impact.

- Live Learning: October 21, 2025, 1-3 PM ET
- Module 2: Mobilizing Stakeholders
- Live Learning: November 4, 2025, 1-3 PM ET
- Module 3: Taking Adaptive Action
- Live Learning: November 18, 2025, 1-3 PM ET
Each module includes a live learning with NACCHO facilitators, access to worksheets and practical tools for applying concepts to your own adaptive challenge, engaging activities, and curated readings to deepen your understanding.
