Change is constant in public health, and leading teams through this change requires more than technical expertise. It requires adaptive leadership. NACCHO invites you to apply for our Adaptive Leadership eLearning Series. This is an interactive course designed for local public health officials who are hoping to strengthen their leadership abilities and drive meaningful change in their communities.

Whether you are facing workforce challenges, stakeholder resistance, or organizational change, the Adaptive Leadership eLearning series will help you to build the skills to lead adaptively and equip you to navigate uncertainty, engage your team, and create a lasting impact.

Course Schedule
