NACCHO, with the support of CDC and HRSA, announces the 2023 Cohort of the Adaptive Leadership Academy, a 7-month long virtual program running January through July 2023, geared towards helping leaders identify and deal with consequential change in uncertain times.
This new resource is designed for healthcare organizations to better understand barriers to joy in work that lead to high rates of staff turnover and burnout, and to create strategies to address them.

The Adaptive Leadership Academy was created in response to the unique needs of public health leaders by combining several leadership theories in an action-oriented, cohort-based curriculum.
