Last week HRSA released the Building the HIV Workforce and Strengthening Engagement in Communities of Color (B-SEC) NOFO with the objective to increase the number of health professionals providing HIV care and treatment to people of color living in Ending the HIV Epidemic in the U.S. (EHE) jurisdictions where over 50 percent of new HIV cases were identified.
