NACCHO is seeking a consultant to provide training and technical assistance to 23 program sites via one-on-one and cohort style activities to support the development and implementation of a monitoring and evaluation plan.
In partnership with the CDC’s Division of STD Prevention (DSTDP), NACCHO will provide up to 5 local health departments with $15,000-$75,000 each for a demonstration project to conduct routine, opt-out syphilis screening of women and other individuals of childbearing capacity housed in local jails.
