This new MMWR discusses an HIV outbreak among people who inject drugs in Cabell County, WV, and highlights the West Virginia Bureau for Public Health's efforts to address the issue by conducting HIV screening and testing events targeting people who inject drugs, scaling up HIV partner services, increasing linkage to HIV and HCV care, and expanding the availability of PrEP services.
