Washington, DC, December 16, 2022 — According to a new peer-reviewed article by the National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO), local health departments (LHDs) were increasingly providing some level of substance use prevention services until the pandemic hit.
NACCHO, with the support of CDC and HRSA, announces the 2023 Cohort of the Adaptive Leadership Academy, a 7-month long virtual program running January through July 2023, geared towards helping leaders identify and deal with consequential change in uncertain times.
NACCHO requests local health staff feedback to inform the development of the Integrated Food Safety System Regulatory Training Strategic Plan through a newly released environmental scan from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
