The bill would appropriate $147.1 billion in total discretionary funding for the Department of Labor, the Department of Health and Human Services, the Department of Education, and other related agencies.
NACCHO is seeking a qualified consultant to compose a white paper, summarizing the findings to date related to the funding mechanisms and experiences of local health departments, including those receiving direct and indirect funding from the CDC, based on secondary research and individual case studies of local health departments.
