NACCHO is seeking applications for two paid graduate-level fellowships to work as a part of the Health and Disability Project. This paid fellowship will start approximately October 2023 and run through July 31, 2024.
To help address the social determinants of health and advance health equity, NACCHO partnered with the HHS Office of Disease Prevention and Health Promotion to develop this guide on using Healthy People 2030 objectives and targets at the local level in community health improvement.
We asked our HAI/AR pilot project sites to reflect on their experiences and lessons learned since joining our project. Here is what one of our sites, Cass County, shared with us.
