In honor of National Youth HIV/AIDS Awareness Day on April 10th, NACCHO is highlighting organizations that help address HIV and health inequities among youth.
NACCHO with support from CDC, has selected an additional 19 local health departments to participate in a third cohort for the Partnering for Vaccine Equity program.
In 2021, to understand the feasibility and necessity of implementing pharyngeal gonorrhea test of cure in local health departments, NACCHO partnered with the CDC’s DSTDP and released a request for applications (RFA) for the Pharyngeal Gonorrhea Test of Cure Project.
NACCHO awarded $454,053 in funding to pilot harm reduction outreach initiatives through academic detailing, a method providing one-on-one education to clinicians and other key messengers.
