Your site may want to simplify the authoring experience by restricting access to specific Rich Text Editor tools. For example, you may want to set design conventions and maintain integrity through cascading style sheets, instead of relying on author compliance with site standards. Use the Rich Text Editor Properties dialog to set these parameters and to define HTML cleanup and conversion tools for contributors at your site. Access this dialog by choosing Authoring - Rich Text Editor Settings from the left panel of the Site Administration dashboard.
