NACCHO, with support from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), is offering a funding opportunity for a skilled meeting planner and facilitator for a mid-size (50-100) one-day in-person event to be held in Denver, CO the week of NACCHO’s Annual 360 Conference from July 10-13, 2023.
Building upon the results of Years 1 and 2 of the CDC's Improving Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) – Getting Further Faster (GFF) initiative, this funding opportunity will build evidence for how public health, healthcare and human services systems can implement, evaluate, and sustain programs to promote cross-sector linkages that address the social determinants of health (SDOH).
NACCHO is pleased to announce two new funding opportunities to decrease syphilis via community engagement. Both opportunities focus on engaging community members to develop, or tailor, a plan to decrease syphilis burden in the local community.
To support our growing harm reduction portfolio, NACCHO is launching a new listserv where we’ll share harm reduction opportunities, resources, news, information, and evidence-based science.
