NACCHO, in partnership with LTG Associates, Besma Coda of San Ysidro Health, and Andy Wessel of Douglas County Health Department, is hosted the Bridging the (so) done (with COVID) challenge to move to sustainability webinar. Many organizations cite the fatigue of providers with COVID and a consequent dip in engagement around collaboration and sustainability efforts. In this session, our panelists addressed the exhaustion and implementation of approaches to motivating/stimulating coalitions to sustain relationships and COVID efforts through COVID fatigue and into long-term planning for other public health issues for Refugee, Immigrant, Migrant (RIM) communities, and shared how they and others are developing and implementing those efforts.
