RFA: Immunization Community of Practice and/or Immunization Sentinel Network

Dec 01, 2025 | Andrea Grenadier

With support from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), NACCHO invites local health departments (LHDs) to apply for participation in an Immunization Community of Practice (CoP) focused on increasing capacity for educating on fall respiratory season vaccine recommendations and emerging infectious diseases. This COP will engage up to fifteen LHDs to cross-train LHD Immunization Program staff on best practices on immunization education.

In addition to the COP, NACCHO is also seeking up to fifty interested LHDs to participate in a Sentinel Network designed to provide insights into local immunization practices, priorities, and challenges.

*If selected to participate in the CoP, participation in the Sentinel Network will be automatic. The CoP is not a standalone opportunity. However, if you are interested in participating in the Sentinel Network only, you may apply for that opportunity separately using the same application link. *

Please apply by completing this application by Tuesday, December 16, 2025, before 11:59pm PST. For any questions or comments, please email us at [email protected]. To preview application questions, please visit here.
