The Breast Education Support Teams program is a community-integrated breastfeeding awareness and education project. Through partnerships with community-based organizations, hospitals, and public health nurses, BEST aims to increase breastfeeding among the Vietnamese and Latino populations in Orange County. The approach aims to create comprehensive teams that would promote and support breastfeeding throughout pregnancy, immediately following birth in the hospital, and postnatally at home.
